First you need to find your meter. If you can't find it, click here on some suggestions about where it may be.

The Flume product is compatible with about 95% of water meters in the United States today. However, you should check to see if your meter is compatible before you purchase a Flume device.

If you are looking to purchase a meter that is compatible with Flume we recommend the Neptune T-10 and Badger meters (anything but the Badger E-series which is a square-shaped meter).

You can easily check to see if your meter is compatible with Flume. Simply visit flumewater.com and click on the chat icon in the lower right-hand corner of the page. It looks like this:

When the chat window opens, scroll down a bit and you will see a section that looks like this:

From here, you can either upload a picture of your meter or you can enter the brand, size, and model of the meter. Either way, we will quickly tell you whether your meter is compatible or not.*

*To ensure your purchase is covered by the Flume warranty, please order from an authorized seller (Flume, Rain Bird Website, or Amazon).

Although Flume has partnerships with water companies across the nation, some water companies have ordinances that limit your ability to open your meter box and/or install a device on your meter. So, please check with your local water company before you purchase and install a Flume device.

If your meter is not listed or you still have questions, please contact us at support@flumewater.com. We will be happy to confirm compatibility.
