If water is flowing in your home, the Water Status indicator shown below will say "Running" and the time the water was last running (as shown below).
If you are a Flume Insight member, you will also see a flow rate that indicates how fast the water is flowing.
When you shut the water off, this same indicator will eventually display "Not Running". However, it may take up to 1 minute before this indicator will display the correct status. In addition, this page does not update automatically. Therefore, you will need to manually refresh the page. To do this, touch the white portion of the screen and drag the screen downward, then release it. You can do this repeatedly until the indicator shows the correct status.
If the water status indicator is still showing that water is running, and you believe that all of your water is turned off, then try this simple test:
Make sure that no water is running in your home. Make sure that all sinks, showers, dishwashers, wash machines, etc. are all turned off.
Check to see if your meter is moving. You may have to watch the meter for several minutes to discern whether or not there is any motion.
If the meter does move, then you may have a small leak.
