Trouble scanning Flume 2 QR codes

Are you having trouble scanning the bar codes on your Flume 2 devices during installation?

During installation, you will be asked to scan the QR codes that are on located on both the Flume 2 Bridge and on the Flume 2 Water Sensor.

You will first be asked to scan the QR Code on the bottom of the Flume 2 Bridge. It looks like this:

You will then be asked to scan the QR Code on the bottom of the Flume 2 Water Sensor. It looks like this:

To scan the QR codes, just point your camera at the QR Codes. If you can't get the codes to scan, you can enter them manually by clicking "Enter the code here". The code is printed right beneath the QR codes.

If during the installation process you receive an error message stating “The device is already associated to the user and location”, please contact Customer Support at support@flumewater.com.

If you are trying to share access with someone else and receive the error message “The device is already associated to the user and location”, cancel out of the app. You do not need to rescan or reinstall the devices to share access. Check out this help article for more details on sharing.
