Flume

Dive deep into your water habits when you export your Flume water usage.  To download your water use:

Go to the Flume Portal at portal.flumewater.com

Choose the date range of data that you would like to export by clicking the calendar icon on the left side of the screen.

Click the 3 vertical dots on the right side of the chart.

Select export data. The following message will appear:

You can choose to export your data in either CSV or JSON format. If you are unsure which to select we suggest CSV, as this will typically open into an Excel document.

Click the "Export" button. The process may take 10+ seconds if there is a large amount of data. Once complete, a file will be downloaded to your device.

Once exported you can open the file and use the data however you like!

7. Once exported you can open the file and use the data however you like!

A yearly export will show data for each month

Monthly or weekly exports will show daily data

Hourly or last 4 hour exports will show minute-by-minute data

<b>Flume is accurate to the water meter, however, If you are looking to compare your Flume usage to your water bill or directly to the water meter please follow these steps:</b>

Click the calendar icon on the left-hand side to open up the ability to select dates.

Filter by the dates and times that the photos of the meter were taken or the dates on your water bill. 

Compare the total gallon amount in Flume to the amount used on the meter or your bill.
