I received a low or dead battery notification for my Flume 2, now what?

You received a notification that says the batteries in your Flume 2 Water Sensor are low, below are the next steps.

If the batteries in your Flume 2 Sensor have died within 6 months please reach out to our support team at: support@flumewater.com

Flume 2's battery packs are specifically designed to ensure your batteries have the longest life possible. DO NOT use non-approved Flume 2 battery packs in a Flume 2 device, doing so will void any guarantee of performance and or warranty on the device. Received your batteries? Click here for step-by-step instructions to replace. Once the batteries are replaced please make sure to follow the instructions in the app to recalibrate. If Flume is not recalibrated after your batteries are replaced it will not be able to report water usage accurately.
