Capturing an Accurate Picture of Your Water Meter

In order to provide you with accurate water data, Flume needs to capture an accurate picture of your water meter during your installation. It is important that we can read the brand, model, and size of the meter with the picture.

Instructions

  1. Make sure the entire meter face is captured in the image.

  2. Ensure the photo is clear and readable. If there is dirt or debris on the face of the meter, please clean it off before taking a photo.

  3. If your meter does not look like any of the examples below, you may not be looking at your water meter. Please see this article HERE for assistance locating your water meter.
