Many water meters are located in pits near the sidewalk or street. Since the Flume Water Sensor gets installed in this pit, some people are concerned about theft. So far, no Sensors have been stolen off of any meters. In our experience, people are generally not looking in meter pits for stuff to steal. And, if the Sensor is stolen, is useless without the Flume Bridge.
