Are there any monthly fees?

For customers who purchase on Amazon or Flumewater.com there are no monthly fees. Flume users can view down-to-the-minute water usage details, access monthly budgets, utilize Flume’s leak detection and API, customizable budgets and usage alerts, Detail+ (your water use breakdown by the individual appliance), 15% off select professional repair services.

For customers who purchase through specific insurance programs the pricing structure does include a yearly subscription (FREE for the 1st year then $49/year after). Customers who purchase under these programs pay $99 at checkout, then $49 yearly for the Flume Monitoring Service (FMS) starting at the beginning of the 2nd year. This $49 fee includes the following:

  • 24 x 7 x 365 Monitoring and Leak Detection for your home plumbing system, appliances, and fixtures connected to it.

  • Real-time notifications via Flume app.

  • Lifetime Warranty on Flume Hardware.

  • Lifetime Free Battery Replacements.

  • Live Customer Support in the event of a detected leak.

If Flume is purchased through an insurance program, the subscription is required to continue accessing data in the Flume app.
