You can access the Flume Portal at Log in using the same information that you used to log into the Flume app.

After logging in, you will see the Portal homepage called "Current". The "Current" page mimics the dashboard on the Flume app. On this page you can:

  • View your last 24 hours of usage. If you click on one of the usage bars on the graph, you will be brought from an hourly view to a minute-by-minute view of the selected hour

  • See your current water status

  • View, edit, and add budgets

  • Check your notifications under the bell icon in the upper right

  • Access the Flume menu (3 bars in the upper right)

  • Chat with Flume customer support using the chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen

Selecting "Flow" at the top of the page brings you to a much more detailed view of your water usage, similar to the detailed page on the Flume app.

To navigate the flow dashboard you can use the simple or advanced view.

Using the simple view you can filter by preset categories including; hour, day, week, month, or year.

Using the advanced view you can select the specific dates you want to see your water. Make sure to select the correct option of; hour, day, month, or year or you may get an error message.

For example, the advanced view can be helpful to see the total gallons used in a month.

Scroll down to the bottom of the simple or advanced page to see the average and maximum used for the time period selected.
