You can access the Flume Portal at portal.flumewater.com. Log in using the same information that you used to log into the Flume app.


After logging in, you will see the Portal homepage. This page mimics the dashboard on the Flume app.

Flume users will be able to:

  • View water usage in Minute-by-minute detail, To do so, click on one of the usage bars on the graph. From there, you will be brought from an hourly view to a minute-by-minute view of the selected hour.

  • See the flow rate for running water

  • View your last 24 hours of usage.

  • See if water is running or not running.

  • View and edit your monthly budget.

  • Check your notifications under the bell icon in the upper right.

  • Access the Flume menu (3 bars in the upper right).

  • View, edit, and add daily and weekly budgets.

  • chat with Flume customer support using the chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen.

  • See a breakdown of indoor and outdoor water usage.

  • Detail+ (your water use breakdown by individual appliance).

Below is what the Flume portal will look like:

If you are seeing stripes on your graph it represents real-time total water use while data breakdowns are unavailable. The outdoor totals for each user are separated from total water usage data in batches every day. You will want to check back the next day for a detailed breakdown.

*If some of these features do not appear, you may need to upgrade your package, this can be done under settings in the Flume app.
