We receive a large number of technical questions and requests, and we have found they are most easily explained in writing, using screenshots, and links to help articles that you can reference again in the future! Online support also helps us to keep a detailed record of your inquiries all in one place. Nothing is lost between team members or if we need to escalate an issue to the engineers.
