Flume no longer has a subscription or any reoccurring fees. If you have not already canceled your subscription please follow the steps below to do so. If Flume Insight was purchased directly through Flume we have already canceled the subscription for you.

If you would like to update your credit card information for your Flume Insight subscription or cancel the subscription, you will first need to know where you purchased from. You either purchased directly from Flume, from the Google Play Store (where Andriod users purchase their apps), or from the iTunes store (where Apple users purchase their apps).

If you are uncertain where you purchased Flume Insight from you can easily find out by going to the Flume app > clicking settings > Flume Insight > then Flume Insight Terms. The terms will show you where you purchased Flume Insight.


If you subscribed to Flume Insight at the time you purchased your Flume device or from the Flume portal directly here is how you can edit your subscription:

  • Go to portal.flumewater.com

  • Log in

  • Click on the menu button (3 bars in the upper right)

  • Select Settings

  • Expand the Flume Insight section

  • Click Manage Subscription


If you subscribed to Flume Insight via Apple here is how you can edit your subscription:

  • Open Settings

  • Tap your profile picture to access your Apple ID

    • You may need to sign in with your Apple ID

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Choose a subscription, from here you can:

    • Change or cancel an existing subscription

    • Resubscribe to an expired subscription


If you subscribed to Flume Insight via Android here is how you can edit your subscription:

  • Open the Google Play app

  • At the top right, tap the profile icon

  • Tap payments & subscriptions, then subscriptions

  • Select the subscription you want to update

  • Tap manage, then update

  • Follow the instructions
