Where is my Flume order, and how long will it take to ship?

Discounts

If Flume is running a promotion at the time you purchase, there will be a banner or advertisement on our website at flumewater.com. Most discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping

Once you order your Flume, it will normally ship within a few business days. You will receive an email when your Flume has shipped from support@flumewater.com. Once shipped, please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your Flume.

Your tracking information may not update for a few days -- this is normal. Some mail carriers only update tracking information once the package has reached its second destination. Please allow 5 business days from the last tracking update. If you don’t see a tracking update after 5 business days, please reach out to our support team at support@flumewater.com.

Order Reshipment Policy

Requests for reshipment of orders not received for any reason must be made within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for reshipment.
