If you no longer need access to your water usage data, please follow the steps below on how to delete your account. Please note that removing a location requires a different process which can be found here
Step 1
Open the Flume App on your smartphone or tablet. If you are not logged in, provide the email and password associated with your Flume account followed by pressing the blue “Log In” button.
Step 2
Once logged in, press the three horizontal lines at the top left of your screen:
Next, press on "Settings" as shown below:
Then press the "Profile" tab:
After pressing "Delete Account", please press "Yes" under the message that pops up below:
Step 3:
A member of our support team will reach out shortly via email to confirm this is what you intended. After confirmation, your account will be deleted.
What happens after my account is deleted?
Your entire profile will be deleted including your location(s) along with your Flume data. If you want to use Flume again or continue using Flume, you will need to create a brand new account and reinstall your device(s).

If you want to delete or remove a location:
Please reach out to our customer support team at support@flumewater.com. At this time, customers are not able to delete or remove locations on their own.
